Tumblr Fuckery
Is anyone else having issues with chunks of text going missing from the people who you are reblogging? It’s doing it to me a lot and I kind of want to punch it in the throat, but I can’t because I’d break my computer.
It’s tumblr’s new ~thang. Anything longer than. like, 500 characters, i think it is, and the title of the post gets turned into a link, and if you follow it, you get the entire reblog. it’s fucking irritating and i hate it, but that’s what’s happening

From now on, if it’s long, I’m going to copy and paste into a new tumbler window, and simply link back to the original post.I’ve been reliably informated that if you click on the “as…” button, click “as text”, it’ll give you the old format back. Here’s a first image from Day & Night, which will be the short accompanying Toy Story 3 in theaters this summer. Directed by Teddy Newton (storyboard artist on The Iron Giant and character designer on The Incredibles and Presto), and scored by Michael Giacchino, here’s the plot synopsis:
“When Day, a sunny fellow, encounters Night, a stranger of distinctly darker moods, sparks fly! Day and Night are frightened and suspicious of each other at first, and quickly get off on the wrong foot. But as they discover each other’s unique qualities–and come to realize that each of them offers a different window onto the same world–the friendship helps both to gain a new perspective.”
It’s currently unknown if it will be in 3D or in 2D (which the image suggests).
…So, basically, my loves in life have collided yet again and Pixar is animating the Panic song. AWESOME.
